14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Be unused and show no signs of use;
  • Include all original accessories and components;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The original packaging must be preserved. We do not accept returns of products with packaging that is torn, heavily damaged, altered, marked, or otherwise not in substantially the same condition as delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please note that some products may present non-essential cosmetic differences from the images displayed on the website, including but not limited to:

Such differences do not constitute a defect, incorrect item, or valid reason for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use;
  • Products damaged by the customer;
  • Products returned without their original packaging;
  • Products with altered, damaged, torn, or incomplete packaging;
  • Products missing parts, accessories, manuals, or included components;
  • Products returned after the applicable return period has expired.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused;
  • In their original condition;
  • Returned with all accessories and included materials;
  • Returned in their original packaging;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, payment providers, and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
